SHIPPING POLICY
Everyone loves a freebie, so free shipping is included with your Instanails purchase to anyone in Australia. If you're an overseas Instanails lover, you will only pay at $2.50 (AUD) international shipping fee for postage to anywhere in the world.
Once you have placed your Instanails order your order will be dispatched within 2 business days (usually quicker). Australia Post delivery times for All QLD metro orders take up to 2-3 days and country areas can take up to 5 business days. Delivery times for all interstate orders will take up to 3-6 business days depending on your destination. (Please take note that weekends and public holidays are exempt)

If there are any problems with your order or you haven't received your Instanails delivery yet (and it has been longer then the above mentioned estimated delivery times), please don't hesitate contacting us at Instanails HQ.
RETURN POLICY
Instanails wants you to love and enjoy your new products. If you are not satisfied with your Instanails purchase, you may return most items for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase (see specific limitations below). Although we aim to get our photos as close as possible to seeing the real thing, due to variations in printing methods and batches, product colours in the catalogue or online may not be an exact representation of actual Instnails products.

We will accept returns or provide an exchange or replacement of items purchased from the Instanails website and supporting sales platforms or orders placed and filled in person, provided that the following terms and conditions are met. Customers must provide proof of purchase for all returns and exchanges. Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all kit application tools & instructions and must be in resalable condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Discontinued or retired products are not considered to be in resalable condition. If your product is deemed faulty or damaged and it can be determined that the fault/damage was not caused by another party other than Instanails (eg: postal service etc), a replacement, refund or exchange will be offered.

After saying all of that, if you are unhappy with your purchase in anyway, please get in touch with HQ and we will endeavour to pop that beautiful smile back on your dial by trying to sort out any concern you may have related to your Instanails experience! After all, that's just want friends do! xx

Unfortunately. cheques and cash can not be accepted for orders placed online. All prices displayed on the Instanails website are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Our number one priority at HQ is for you to feel fabulous wearing your Instanails. Every reasonable effort is taken to sure that our product is a safe, toxic free, chemical free and damage free way to extend your inner beauty to the outside. Please be sure to take reasonable care applying, wearing and removing your wraps, refrain from biting or chewing your wraps to prevent ingesting (although eating an Instanails wrap has been accidentally road tested on my toddler and she came out of it she was no more rascally than before! 🙃😉) and be warned...wearing Instanails will cause you to receive numerous compliments to remind you how wonderful you truly are! xx
